The listed Pro offer is USD $14.99 one-time for a lifetime license, with no subscription. The purchased Pro entitlement does not expire. The device policy, online verification and refund terms below still apply. Pro adds eight-band EQ, presets, up to 32 local profiles and optional automatic discharge. Boost, normal volume and mute, supported charge limits and manual discharge are included in Basic.

Your checkout total is USD $14.99. No additional tax amount is added at checkout. American Hail Team LLC accounts for any taxes it owes from the proceeds; this is not a claim of tax exemption.

Device policy: one purchaser may activate Pro on up to two personally controlled Macs at once. The service enforces two active slots. Deactivate an accessible old Mac online in the Pro tab before transferring a slot. An erased or inaccessible Mac may need support review; automatic remote reset is not offered.

Activation requires an internet connection. A verified license has an offline lease of up to 30 days from its last successful verification. FluxPulse attempts renewal while running. If renewal fails beyond expiry, Pro becomes unavailable until verification succeeds; Basic controls stay available. A payment hold can end Pro when the app next contacts the service. Offline revocation is not immediate.

Keep your purchase recovery file

1. Save the purchase page’s private recovery file before continuing to Stripe. The file contains your recovery code for resuming the purchase.
2. After confirmed payment, retrieve and privately save the license key. A success return alone is not proof of payment.
3. Paste the key into FluxPulse’s Pro tab and select Activate License.

If confirmation is pending, check again with the same recovery proof; do not pay a second time. The recovery file resumes the same purchase at the same official website. Keys are not automatically emailed, and email-only license lookup is not available. Losing the key and every copy of the proof has no guaranteed recovery process. Keep the receipt and contact support; a receipt review does not automatically grant a replacement license.

Request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase by emailing FluxPulseSupport@gmail.com with the purchase email, date and receipt or payment reference. A reason is optional. Requests outside that window and unresolved technical problems are reviewed individually. This policy does not limit applicable consumer rights.

Refunds return through the original payment method. No bank-arrival deadline is promised. Pending or completed refunds, including partial refunds, and payment disputes place Pro on hold. Failed or canceled refunds and resolved disputes do not automatically restore Pro. Contact support for review; Basic controls remain available.

Audio processing and battery controls run locally. The current audio route does not request microphone or recording permission, upload audio, or send listening history to the licensing service. Preferences and profiles stay on your Mac; battery restoration state is held by the installed local service.

Stripe handles checkout information, including payment and contact details. The seller can access transaction information in its merchant account. The licensing service records purchase and payment references, verification records, license-key hashes, random device identifiers, activation state, timestamps and refund/dispute holds. It does not store full card numbers or security codes.

The purchase page uses browser session storage for a random purchase identifier and private recovery token. The server stores a keyed verification value rather than the raw token. Closing the browser session or clearing storage may remove that proof; the saved recovery file is your separate copy.

The app sends your private key and random device/activation identifiers to the licensing service for activation and verification. The device ID is not a hardware serial number. The app keeps its key and signed license record in macOS Keychain.

Cloudflare hosts the website and licensing service and processes network information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect them. The licensing service uses a hash of the request address for short-lived rate limiting. Its application code does not write license keys or recovery tokens to application logs; this does not imply that hosting providers collect no request metadata. The existing website discloses Cloudflare Web Analytics for visit and performance measurement. Fonts and artwork are served with the site. Update checks and downloads also contact the release host. Automatic update checks are a separate opt-in; system profiling is disabled by default.

Support receives information you choose to send. Removing the app does not erase purchase or service records. Contact FluxPulseSupport@gmail.com about access, correction or deletion requests.

The current Mac download is an unsigned beta without Apple Developer ID signing or notarization. It targets Apple silicon Macs on macOS 14 or later; testing across models and versions is limited. macOS may block the installer or app: use its ordinary owner-approval process where available, then approve administrator installation. Do not disable browser download protections or macOS security. If normal approval is unavailable, contact support.

Download the official installer from FluxPulseApp.com and follow its steps. It installs the app, audio output driver and battery helper; audio may briefly pause.

Open FluxPulse from Applications. If prompted to Install Audio & Battery Service, complete that administrator-approved step. Start at low boost. Battery controls depend on supported hardware and safe power conditions; avoid competing battery controllers.

To remove the app, choose Uninstall FluxPulse… in its settings menu, then Prepare Uninstall. Preparation is designed to stop processing and restore audio and charging before the uninstaller opens. If it reports an error, retain the app and services and contact support instead of deleting individual files.

The guarded uninstaller retains personal preferences, Keychain license data and a protected recovery copy. Uninstalling does not deactivate a Pro slot or erase all personal data. Deactivate online before erasing or replacing a Mac.

Use Check for Updates… in the settings menu. Automatically Check for Updates is a separate choice, available independently of Pro. Installing a full package requires administrator approval and may briefly pause audio.

Updates replace the app, audio driver and battery helper together. They are designed to preserve settings and license data and restore audio and charging. Check the release notes for the installed-update evidence and current compatibility limits.

Essential compatibility, security and bug-fix updates are included for both Basic and Pro. Use the update channel supplied with your installed copy; changing channels is not automatic.

Battery control depends on your Mac’s hardware and macOS version. Review the installation guide and confirm controls on your Mac before relying on them.

Boost and EQ process stereo audio. This route does not preserve native Atmos objects or Apple head tracking; use direct playback with Boost and EQ off for Apple’s spatial playback. Output details describe the system’s processing format. Check your player for original recording quality.

Automatic discharge is off by default and depends on supported hardware, connected power and the app/helper running while the Mac is awake. Manual discharge and supported charge limits are included in Basic. Universal battery compatibility and powered-off enforcement are not promised.

FluxPulse 2.0.0 brings audio boost, output controls and supported battery care to the Mac menu bar. Pro adds eight-band EQ, listening presets, saved profiles and opt-in Auto-discharge.
